We are ending a lease for a 2 bedroom property in Melbourne. We have a cat and, although we have had no infestations, a condition of our lease is that we get the inside of the house sprayed for fleas when we leave.
Note - there is no capet in the property (just floor-boards and tiles).
At the end of my last lease, the service cost approximately $90 for a 3 bedroom house, so I am looking for a similar price.
