we recently paid for someone to remove possums and bait the rats in the roof/wall cavities of our property. there have been lots of flies lately, possibly because one or more rats have died in the cavities and are starting to rot. we are looking for someone to search the cavities, remove dead pests and clean the cavities of faeces etc.
