We want to build a half pergola half verandah with decking. For the first half we want roofing (flat clear) and the rest will be decking alone. The pergola will be max 3 metres high and approx 4.5 by 12 metres in dimensions. We want an approx quote. The decking we want to go for is the cheapest possible but also easy to maintain. We have not yet submitted plans to the council but it is in the works. We want to get quotes first before we get a building permit because that costs abit also. We want to make sure it is affordable.
