I would like a quote to build a pergola at my unit. I'm on the ground floor (actually raised one floor up) and I have a courtyard which is exposed to a new building being constructed next door to me. I want a pergola extended out from my roofed outdoor area to give me more privacy and additional shade. The new structure will need to be similar to other pergolas in common-areas on the property and I can supply photos for you to see what is already in place to get an idea of what I want. The area will be approximately 250 x 380cm so it won’t need Council Approval as it is under 10sqm.
