We need to put a shade in this patch, to prevent the rain from getting in on timber decking below.
The dimensions are on the image. You can Attach two ends to the house, perhaps dig in 2 vertical posts for the other two sides,
This area gets a lot of wind, so this needs to be quite strong.
Also it shouldn’t make the entire deck dark, so the roof needs to have sections with a semi transparent plastic to let the sunlight in, like skylights.
