Unhappy due to delays, excuses, lack of communication - doubt Affordable / Marrach / Mark Salmon & his small team will ever finish Update 5/6/2022 Builder didn’t like above post, and SMS me they won’t restart till I remove / huh, they haven’t been on site or done any work for over 3 months, at least 10 SMS from him we’ll be back Monday - NEVER come. He never ever ring me since I paid a substantial deposit I’ve totally wasted $20k, has to pay tenant compensation, lost my long term tenant, upset all my Body Corp members with the mess. Builder (Mark Salmon Affordabie Carpentry) have another VERY negative review on Service Central, same on HOUZZ - very bad communication we don’t know what’s with this guy - who on day 1 impressed us no end - we thought we chose 120% but - BIG BIG let down
