I'm wanting to find out how much it would cost to respray a Toyota commuter van 2002 model from white to black (just the outside not inside doors engine bay etc)? Can the white be sprayed over making the job easier/cheaper rather than rubbing it back to bare metal? No dents need to be repaired.
