I backed into the Holden and left a dent the depth of about 1/4 of a tennis ball, I'm not sure what condition the chrome was in to start with but would like to know how much it will cost for the panel beating alone and how much it would be for rechroming. He has claimed to have quotes for over $1000 but said he will take $300 cash but has been rather aggressive about it all so I just want to check he isn't trying to scam me for what is $100 worth of panel beating as I am pretty sure I won't be liable for the cost of rechroming.
