Repainting the eves and facias on the old part of a two storey house, approx 1/3 - 1/2 of the house (don't know when it was last painted). Corner upstairs window needs touch up as part of the exterior hasn't been painted at all. Also the porch roof and front door. All surfaces need prepping.

Accepted quote and then found out he couldn\'t do it in the requested timeframe. Agreed to the delay of two months. but then more delays. Reasons given for delays, but eventually, after a number of months, the provider decided he didn\'t want the job after all. Very disappointed. After six months was back at the beginning.
