1. Two fireplace cavities/surrounds that need some cleaning to remove dust. Then they will need to be painted - 3 coats in low sheen seiling paint. There is also slight render patchup/smoothing around the fireplace cavity. It will also need to be painted in low sheen white ceiling paint. It is approximately 1m x 1m of paint for each fireplace.
2. Two areas of flaked paint on wall needs to be scraped, patched/sanded and painted in low sheen white ceiling paint. One flaked area is approximately 20cm x 20cm and there is another that is approximately 10cm x 80cm.
3. Small mark on ceiling from previous water damage - approximately 20 x 20 cm. Needs sanding, sealing and repainting.
4. Timber door has expanded and needs slight planing down to fit into door jamb.
