Sam responded very promptly to the original request for a quote. He attended and provided his quote within a day or two. His quote was very competetive and he got the job on that basis. We weren\'t disappointed. Sam was flexible in arranging a start time and was able to assist in co-ordinating the start of his work, with other renovation work going on. When he started the work, he arrived on time and got on with it. Work was completed efficiently and in accordance with his time estimates. Very happy with the end product. He did a great job and saved us a \"month of Sundays\". He himself was a pleasure to deal with. Friendly and personable in person and easy to communicate with by phone and/or text. Would use him again and would highly recommend to others.

Rod responded almost immediately to the request for service and attended within a day or two to provide a quote. While he wasn\'t successful in getting the job, due to a cheaper quote being provided by another company, he was very professional and friendly and we would certainly consider asking to quote on other work required around the house. He was also proactive, in providing advice about other work around the house, without being specifically asked to do so.
