Replace fascia board and fibro/plasterboard at back of single storey home

Saby requested 2 quotes from Painters in Wheelers Hill

(8m approx) Timber fascia at the back of the house has become rotten, and is falling apart. Due to this, the fibre board covering the roof cavity which is attached to the fascia at one end (the wall of the house at the other) is also falling away. The fascia needs to be replaced with a new timber or Colorbond fascia and the boards need to be put back to close up the gap which has opened, and painted white.
