Repaint approx 30squ house - two kids bedrooms in colours, rest of house in same colour. Most of house currently in light shade but has some dark feature walls. Walls look to be in good condition so little patchng etc required - some patchng work will need to be done where we remove aircon units, bar etc.
Exterior is already rendered but want a new lighter colour on the windows and trims outside to give house a lift. House approx 15-20 years old.
