Preparation
• All exterior surfaces to be cleaned down to remove dirt, grime, mould and foreign matter.
• Remove any chipping, flaking or peeling paint and prepare the surface ready for painting. All vertical corner cracks to be filled with Acrylic Sealant.
• Mild steel/wrought iron surfaces will be prepared by removing all rust, mill scale and oxide deposits & rust affected areas treated with a rust remover.
Painting
• All bare areas to be primed and receive two finishing coats of Premium Exterior Low Sheen/Gloss Acrylic with UV protection.
• Steel/wrought Iron – spot prime affected areas with iron primer & apply 2 coats of Rustguard Enamel.
• All Timber to receive two coats of Self Priming Exterior Premium Low Sheen/Gloss Acrylic that includes UV protection.
