Main Paint Job: In our lobby we have a wall which is approx 2 x 2.5 m which needs preparing and painting.
Optional: If reasonably priced, then we will also have the office kitchen and a small section of the ladies bathroom where a hole needs to be patched and the area painted.
(Perhaps even "Handymen" could be a category as this is such a small job. However the main job is crucial as it is our lobby and in the public eye.)
