Outside - painting oil/stain on upper level of western red cedar - i already have the cabbots stain/paint - its just getting too high for me alone.
painting eves - single level - again already have quality plastic paint
painting 4 or so window ledges, beams - with gloss water wash up paint - already purchased.
inside - paint second story cathedral ceiling slopes down to single level.
paint walls of the above.
paint all doors inside with gloss
i have this paint already purchased and many many replacement new rollers, new brushes, turps etc etc to give to painter if they want.
i was going to do the whole house inside and out but am not able to climb ladder and paint as i am partially disabled, stroke on lhs.
i have completed all rest of lower outside western red cedar - but now its just a bit to hard for me.
almost no prep required, no external sanding, very minor prep required inside. surface inside and out good condition no flacking paint present.
need quotes and will select best quote within 7 days of last quote.

A visual inspection was done, and all work required was explained and a email quote was to be sent to my by Micks home improvements. The written quote never received... Job quote initially, after inspections, verbally; seem to be very very high and appear to be based on a labour cost of AUD100.00 per hour. Jobs replies sent out via email, were via an automated 'Rule' in Email Client and the job, at that time had never been read. A Visual Inspection to quote only came about after the auto reply had been sent, and the job needed to be completely repeated, as the original job spec was never really read. I am not able to comment on quality of work, so other reviews of completed works should be viewed.
