Area to be painted: Ceilings with mould in sunroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and front left hand side bedroom; Bathroom walls, window, door and frames.
Preparation:
Sanding: Peeling and cracking paint work to be sanded to a sound base.
Washing: Mould and dust to be washed off prior to painting.
Filling: Holes and cracks to be filled with plaster or gap filler where required.
Application:
Primer/sealer: Mould damaged areas to be given one (1) coat of sealer.
Ceilings, walls, door, window and frames: All to be given one (1) coat of undercoat, followed by one (1) coat of full gloss enamel.
Ceiling areas in approx. metres: Sunroom 9x3; dining room 4x5; kitchen 4x4; bathroom 3x3; bedroom 4x4.
