This is a large double storey 4 bedroom home that needs interior paint of all walls - most doors and door frames - roof in kitchen and some outside windows. There is some maintenance work to be done on the home and you are most welcome to quote on that too if you are interested. The walls of the home has quite a few picture hooks - these have too be removed and the walls patched.
