painter fully qualified needed. 2 storey house - most windows need sanding and painting - some paint completely flaked off in patches. Also apply sikaflex around windows (movement cracks) Also filler to one door frame damaged in hail storm. Also paint the render to front of house - rust spots showing from original render job, need sealing so wont come thru again. Also cracking around edges of upstairs balcony need filling and paint. Also front door needs sanding and re painting.
