Extereior of 2 storey + mezzanine floor hardiplank house requires repainting . 1st storey is natural brick (no painting reqd) - so the next storey + mezzanine level in hardiplank, eaves,trim need repainting with Solarguard. 2 sides have a 1st floor decking. House is not large but it is high on other 2 sides.It is on the oceanfront so cleaning (guerney) preparation b4 painting is reqd. Anyone wanting to travel to Sth Coast (near Lake Conjola 2,5 hrs from sydney)...a working holiday at the beach could be an option plus payment.
