Painting complete exterior of 2 storey brick 1930's house

We have a 2 storey painted brick 1930's house in need of repainting (or possibly rendering). We need the entire house painted including the brickwork, windows, wooden shutters, gutters and all other trims. One small area of brickwork needs more preparation as the paint is quite chipped/peeling.
The paint on the window frames is in poor condition and worn/peeling, with some windows needing re-puttying, possibly some timber needing replacing.
Would ideally love one person to be able to quote for all but happy to have window repairs and painting quoted separate.
