Painting bathroom kitchen and dining room 23m2

We need a bathroom, kitchen and dining painted. The rooms are reasonably small but there is some plaster work required to be repaired. Total area across all three rooms is aobut 23m2 and the kitchen is open to the Dining room. The bathroom is affected by mould due to poor ventilation. We need to work done next week (week commencing 12/1/08). We are not after a perfect finish, just a spruce up before moving in.
