Internal Sanding, Plastering and Painting of Walls (Not Ceiling) for living area, 3 rooms, a kitchen and 2 Bathrooms; work involved max 115 sqm probably building area is approximately 125 sqm
Kitchen definitely needs sanding.
Plastering is fairly minor.
All 3 rooms and Kitchen requires sanding and repainting.
1 of the rooms require wallpaper removal.
Need 2 Coat for Undercoat and Primer.
Paint used must be mould and bacteria retardant, preferably washed white/low sheen/not glossy.
E.g Dulux Wash& Wear 101 Barrier Technology Low Sheen Plus Anti- Bacteria.
