A recently built alfresco area measuring 7.2m x 3.8m requires painting. It is attached to the house on one end, the other end has a solid wall, and the remaining two sides are open with two columns. It has been rendered but requires painting including the ceiling. Also the merbau timber floor, the slats on the fascia beams and some slats on the back wall require staining/sealing.
