Painting a bathroom - has mould - also needs some mould repellant

Bathroom needs painting - currently has bad mould which is washed off regularly with bleach. This was not a problem before it was painted a few years ago so it is likely that no mould repellant was used - which we require. Size approx 4 metres wide by 6 metres wide and ceiling with man hole.
