A painter is required to paint a 1-BR apartment in South Yarra. This includes the ceiling, all walls, doorframes/doors/windowsills. Ceiling will be white, all walls will be one colour (some generic off-white), frames and doors will be the same colour as walls but maybe in a higher sheen, kitchen/bathroom in "wet-area" paint. Existing ceiling is white and walls are very very pale blue so 1-2 coats is sufficient. The apartment size is ~35m2, has 1 lounge area, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and 1 small walk-in robe; there are also 3 doors and 2 windows. Work can start immediately but will need to coordinate with other renovations that are going on concurrently.
