Paint/render repair/minor wood work to 10yr old dble story dwelling

The front of our house recieves alot of sun and needs repainting. its is a two storey dwelling about 10 years old. the finish is render over cement block.
the windows are wooden and will need some attention as the finish is becoming flakey in places. the windows sills will need to be resealed along the bottom edge and re-rendered.
there is also a little wooden trim (cornice above the doorway) that needs repair or replacement.
