I just require the paint to be scrapped off the weatherboard & a clean up. No painting required. This job is suitable for the handyman. I also have a sagging ceiling to be pushed up and nail to the timber. This one is also a quick job for the handyman. This is an investment property and we live to cut costs down. there is also a job to remove the vine off the roof if you are interested.
