Please include in pricing:
- 34 x casement windows (2 x singles, others in groups of 2-3 and 1 x group of 6) to be fully painted inside and out. one or two of these require putty
- gutter trim on roof.
- palings around bottom of house. Perimeter of house is approx 7m x 14m rectangular. Palings around bottom of house are approx 70cm high.
- two sets of low stairs (6 steps only) plus small landing and railings.
- exterior front and back doors.
There is a carport attached to the house but I don't need that painted.
