It's a 61 square metre apartment with ceilings about 2.7m high. Only walls need to be painted, not ceiling, not door and window frames and not skirting board either. A few spots need rendering but only a few spots. The bathroom doesnt need to be painted. I want durable washable paint which I will provide. Other materials you should provide. I expect attention to detail, good finishes, masking tape where needed, drop sheets, no damage etc. I will also need a tax invoice.
