Exterior painting of all woodwork. E.G. Exterior doors, awning windows, fascias, gutters/downpipes, under eaves.
House is on gentle sloping block and is cut into fall of block therefore front elevation is two storey. Some of the awning openings stick, it would be great if this could be fixed by painter. Laundry door has rot in one side bottom of door jamb, would be good if painter could fix this.
Some guttering joins require resealing e.g. remove pop rivet re-silicone and pop rivet. Would be good if painter could do this.
Painter is required to be trade qualified and preferred if a member of the Master Painters Association Victoria.
