Whilst quote was the only professional one I eventually received, manner and quote was professional and on a par with expectation. I was confident to give SP the job and not get further quotes as initially planning on. Job due to start on May 22 and I expect upon completion of job, to rate SP as excellent.

Service provider did not call when late. I cancelled quote until next day. SP arrived promptly, looked around, offered some advice, did not take measurement. Left after taking my email address, saying he would email me the quote. I told him that nmy decision was being made on Mon so quote had to be in by then. No quote arrived/no phonecall/no contact so I texted on Mon approx 5.30pm to say because no quote was sent, the job was given to aqnother SP. I think that was decent of me to bother with that text. My time was wasted and I missed out on getting another quote.

After initial up-front $ quote (not official) was written on the spec sheet I provided at the time of visit on a Thursday, I requested a professional quote be delivered by the following Monday as I was promising each of the4 3 service providers a decision by Monday. I rang that service provider the next day to discuss a matter and provider asked when I would be making the decision. Again I said Mon, quote was promised to be delivered on the w'end. Phonecall made to me on w'end by provider who said quote was to be delivered on Mon. By 5.30 pm Mon, no quote delivered so I texted my decision was to go with another provider. My phone rang immediately and the provider said they had been busy and quote was going to delivered Tuesday. I felt I was stuffed around and missed out on getting another quote from another company.
