Paint exterior of single storey 2 bedroom federation terrance front and back. Including preparing and painting previously painted external areas in front, right hand side and back.
Areas to be painted include front right hand side - gable end - fascia boards - wall surfaces - eaves - windows & grills - front door & frame including grills - balcony doors and frames including grills- railings - surrounds etc. Free up windows and repair rear window rot.
Preperation includes -wash down all areas (pressure wash), remove loose & faking paint, fill all holes and cracks, sand and smooth all surfaces - spot prime any bare areas. All areas to be kept clean and tidy quote to include application of 2 coats to all areas (colours and finishes to be advised) also to include all labour, materials and scaffold, insurance etc
