2 bedroom house + dining, living and hallway. Ceiling is in good condition, but peeling, with ornate cornices. Painting must be carried out with good quality brand name paint, sealant etc. No access to site before job, but floorplan and photos can be provided. Approx. 100sqm. Work required on 25/26th Oct., prior to floors being sanded.
