Paint a 2 bedroom house, including ceilings, 1 built in wardrobe exterior (unpolished timber), 3 doors, door, architrave and skirting trim and interior window frames. House has 3 meter high ceilings.
This job excludes the kitchen, bathroom and laundry (as these are being renovated at a later stage).
Paint to be supplied by me, all other materials/prep work by painter.
House has recently been painted (before I bought it) a grotty green colour so may need undercoat.
