Hi, I'm looking at a quote for painting 2 bedrooms (roughly 4*4.5mtrs in size) and a hallway (inc door frames, doors and window sills). The property is a federation home, double brick lime mortar, rendered walls. Some of the render/paint is peeling, there are holes in the walls from screws removed, there is also damaged ornate cornice and ornate ceilings that need skimming, patching and repairing. I am assuming the surface would require bondcrete as well.
