Building is approx size of a small 3 bedroom home @ approx 16 squares. Full interior needs painting including all office areas. There are 4 actual office areas, hallway's, 1 x storeroom, 1 x toilet, 1 x open area and 2 x shower cubicles that have been turned into storeroom areas. Looking to have work completed asap. Renovations starting Thursday 25/8/09 to create the 4th office area, so would like painting to start as soon as possible after renovations finished - approx end of first start of second week in September.
