  Hi, I own and operate www.roboteshop.com which is an online store that specializes in robots and the official distributor of Kondo robots in Australia. I plan to host an event which will include a number of competitions featuring robots. One of these competitions will be a soccer match with humanoid robots. To run this event I will require a soccer field, this job is for the playing field and boundary (I will construct my own goal areas). Please refer to the PDF in this link which includes the dimensions of the field and color scheme on page 1 (page 4 includes a photo a completed field) http://robospot.jp/pdf/kondo_cup_feild_ball.pdf The job consists of two parts; Part 1: - measure and cut fifteen 900x900mm plywood (or MDF) tiles of sufficient thickness to allow the use of dowels. - 2-3 holes will be created in the sides of the tiles so that can fit together in a 5x3 pattern. - the outside edge of the tiles will be surrounded by a 100mm high and 10-20mm thick barrier. - the barrier will be constructed of pieces no longer than the width of a tile (allowing for corners). - the barrier is to be designed to; - hold the outside edge of the tiles together i.e. possibly with draw-bolt latches. - fitted to the tiles i.e. using dowels to fit the barrier to the tiles. - and may use bracing to prevent falling over when push against by a 100mm diameter plastic ball. Part 2: - paint the top and sides of each tile in a green and white 2pac (or equivalent) paint with all surfaces of the title sufficiently protected from scratching and medium wear. - paint all sides of the boundary pieces in 2pac white paint to be sufficiently protected from scratching and medium wear. - pattern of tile surface to match that of page 1 of the reference document.
