Our tubular steel fencing and gate was installed in 2006. It was powder coated (I think) satin black, but there are areas of rust now, even though I have washed the fence every so often. We would... Our tubular steel fencing and gate was installed in 2006. It was powder coated (I think) satin black, but there are areas of rust now, even though I have washed the fence every so often. We would like the rust treated and the fence and gate repainted with quality paint, possibly spray painted if that would be best. I can remove the panels and gate for painting off-site if necessary. The height of the panels and gate is approx 900mm high with spear tops, and the 6 fence panels are approx 1605mm x 4 and 1615mm x 2, and the gate is approx 1775mm x 2. There are 5 upright metal supports, 2 for the gate, and 3 for panel joins along the fence. The entire structure is mounted on masonary pillars (paperbark coloured), which we will clean and paint either before or after the fence is painted. We are seeking some quotes by email to have the job done professionally sometime in the next month or so. Thanks.
