Full floor/ ceiling/ skirting board and architrave painting of a renovation that we are close to completing. The rooms we are looking to paint are as follows:

The attached spreadsheet has all of the dimensions of the rooms, including the windows an doors.
In summary, we will need:
• 400 sqm of walls painted (1 coat of undercoat, 2 coats dulux top coat)
• 156 sqm of ceiling painted (1 coat undercoat, 2 coats top coat)
• 165 linear metres of skirting boards (gloss enamel)
• 130 linear metres of architraves (gloss enamel)
Our builder has provided a price for painting, but we have decided to outsource this independently to save costs. Please provide an approximate price based on the dimensions listed above. If the approximate price is suitable, we will organise a time to view the property for a formal quote.
