i don't even know which company this is. In any case, I didn't end up using any of the companies sent to me by Service Central for a number of reasons: 1) the quotes were not competitive; 2) I had trouble communicating with one of the companies; 3) when I asked for police clearances from one of the companies, I was told not to worry about it because their staff are trustworthy; and 4) one company who came to quote, sent me a strange text at 10.30pm, a week after meeting at the property, to request my email details (these were available through service central).
