I am seeking an experienced painter to complete the internal painting of a 4-bedroom home in Preston.
The house is vacant and the walls have been plastered and sanded, ready for paint work.
The work is to include:
Walls – one coat undercoat and two coats interior low sheen- Dulux White on White
Ceiling – one coat undercoat and two coats interior ceiling white
Skirting / Doors Frames – one coat undercoat and two coats water based gloss.
Attached are the hours plans. Note, most of the kitchen, laundry and bathroom are tiled areas with minimal painting.
An inspection can be arranged over the next few days.
