Full interior repaint of an older style unit including ceilings, walls, doors, windows, and trim. Kitchen (all surfaces) to be painted in oil-based enamel; doors, windows and trim in oil based enamel; other surface in acrylic semi-gloss as appropriate. Not much preparation, walls recently washed, but some old loose paint to be removed from trim, and some small areas on two of the ceilings are peeling. Rooms to be repainted: Kitchen, 2 bedrooms, lounge, sun-room, toilet. Bathroom and laundry are being renovated and are not available for painting at this time. Thanks.
