We require the interior of a replica Queenslander painted (no ceilings just walls and corners). The large living/kitchen/dining has wainscoting at the bottom, the other rooms do not. There are 3 bedrooms, a hallway and the living/kitchen/dining which require painting.
Note: We DO NOT require ceilings to be painted at all in any room.
We do not require any bathroom painting.
Each of the rooms have recently (in the last month) been painted a cream colour however we have just bought the property and don't like the colour so we would like the interior painted white.
Please only contact if you can provide a ballpark figure as part of your quote (ie. just saying $40 per hour isn't specific enough sorry).
