Two level gallery. Bottom level main retail showroom requires walls and ceiling to be painted, measuring approximately 15m x 8m. Second level (slightly larger than bottom level ), apartment lounge/kitchen area needs walls, 2 x doors & frames, window frames x 3 to be painted. Bathroom requires door & frame, walls, ceilings, window frames to be painted. As this building is Heritage listed it requires the colour to be computer matched to existing. At this stage we are in the quoting stage, however we will proceeding within a week or so, with approval from the Managing director.
