- Living room 394 x 338 cm (lintel needs to be re-fastened to roof)
- Kitchen/Eating Area - (requires plastering of hole, where electrician has moved electrical switch)
- Bathroom 180 x 238 cm (Plasterboard edging strip need replacing/repairing)
Colour to be painted is white, currently off-white.
