Whole house inside and out. Outside requires a fair bit of prep, as the paint is 30 years old and very flaky. Inside is much better.
This is a rental property so I want it be as cheap as possible. Spray painted inside and out, one colour for all of inside, once colour for all of outside.
The house is single story, low-set, flat block, fibro construction, and about 18 squares. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
