Full interior painting of two bedroom house: 3.3m high, pressed metal ceilings in bedrooms and lounge; two bedrooms 3.7mx3.5m; lounge/dining 3.8mx4.8m; kitchen 2.9mx3.9m with 2.5m ceilings; bathroom/toilet 3.6mx1.6m. Paint to be included in quote: white for ceiling, off-white for walls, semi gloss white for trims. Bedrooms include picture rails and one has dado; house has Victorian style skirting boards. Plaster work being done beforehand - many cracks being filled. Doors and trims in timber to be painted white. Two coats ceiling and walls, undercoat where needed where new plaster (two walls in lounge) and three coats on trims. To start next week and complete early April for house rental.
