we are moving house in january and would like just one coat of paint done on the interior house (all rooms) just to clean it up before it is sold. We are happy to buy the paint, and we have a paint swatch to match the colour, there are no major marks on the wall just a couple of scuff marks. The picture frame holes etc will already be filled and plastered and undercoated ready for painting. The house will be empty. Its a three bedroom duplex, two storey, with 2.5 bathrooms.
