Includes: 2 rear gables with modern windows, rear sliding door unit, Five sash windows and 4 small awning windows down one side, original gable at front, normal stucco stripe across front and small stucco section on gable and above front door, front window 6 panel awning window requires interior and exterior. small front picket fence 2 sides approx 6m long and another small section of picket fence one side only 4m long, small picket gate. NOTE: All hard preparation is done, windows have been sanded back, I need application of undercoat, light blade and gap filling, light re-sand, and 2 further coats of acrylic.
